From booking my appointment, organising the call to the actual appointment it was a very easy.
The appointment itself with Dr Harper was no different than if I’d been in a consultation room and even, to a degree, better as you haven’t had the stress of getting to the appointment. Dr Harper puts you at ease instantly, conversation flows very smoothly and her insight and understanding was superb.

Dr Harper is excellent, I cant recommend her enough she is so approachable and completely understood what I was going through it felt like talking to a friend. Her knowledge is second to none she is so supportive of what is a very unsettling time of life. I couldn't visit the clinic but a video call was arranged and a prescription delivered very quickly.

A very good experience from the first point of contact with Dr Harper secretary Rezwana who was extremely helpful and always prompt with her responses. They make a great team.

A very good experience from the first point of contact with Dr Harper secretary Rezwana who was extremely helpful and always prompt with her responses. They make a great team.
On meeting Dr Harper for an initial and follow up assessment both on line from my own home i knew instantly i was in very good hands. she was extremely knowledgeable and also compassionate in how i was feeling - I was sent an easy to do blood testing kit to my house and the results came back very fast. Since starting my HRT journey it has to be said i am starting to feel so much better. I cannot recommend Dr Harper enough.

I had a video consultation with Dr Harper and I’m delighted with her insight and knowledge resulting in a journey back to myself after a few rocky years of peri-menopause.
I have opted for natural solutions where possible but each option was explained and talked through. I always had bad reaction emotionally to the pill and horrid PMT and I now know that I am very sensitive to progesterone - how crazy I didn’t know this about myself until the age of 52.
