Would highly recommend the Burnham Market team

We bought our new house through Bedfords, and wish we had chosen them to sell our old house. Paul was friendly and relaxed during our viewings, always on time, and knowledgeable about the property. Sarah did an outstanding job keeping our chain progressing over the eight months that it took from offer to completion. She constantly delved into what was happening at the bottom of the chain keeping us and our seller fully informed. I think, at times, we might have given up without her help and advice. We now see the advantage of selling through a smaller estate agent with less properties than the very well known larger estate agent that we used to sell our property. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Professional in all respects

Bedfords did everything necessary to sell our house at a fair price and conclude the transaction as easily as possible. They prepared excellent quality marketing materials with superb photography and managed the whole transaction with great professionalism. Communication was excellent and they worked hard to keep us informed of progress.

Great service and advice on House Sale

Sarah and Paul were both excellent support with our house sale. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was excellent. We paid a slightly higher rate but it was worth every penny.

Excellent service

Very friendly, very professional, and very calm.
